A convenience fee of 5% per transaction will be added and covers the cost of the credit card processing fees. If your student loses the card, we will still have record of his or her balance and we can replace the card for just $1.00. 

 If you have multiple students, please process credits for each separately.

CARDS WILL NOT BE MAILED!

THEY CAN BE PICKED UP FROM DAN DURING THE WORKING HOURS OF THE CAFETERIA.
