The Aquatics and Fitness Center is available for group reservations, birthday parties, special events, family swim and so much more.

Roots Swim School provides a solid swimming foundation by giving children a positive and developmentally appropriate learning experience. Our goal is to train swimmers who are comfortable and confident. We emphasize personal water safety skills in and around pools and open bodies of water.

Roots Fitness Center is dedicated to providing a state of the art fitness club that will bring results and meet all of your lifestyle needs. This two-story 6,000 sq ft adult fitness center provides access to a 25 yard heated 4 lane lap pool, cardio equipment tracking all of your workouts, small group and personal training, large group training, functional training, specialty classes like Tread N' Shred and TRfleX, Yoga and so much more. With over 60 large group training classes a week, Roots provides creative, fun workouts that will inspire you to get into awesome shape no matter what your fitness level. Roots Cycle is a boutique style indoor cycle studio, unique to Western Mass, which offers an intense experience energized by the productions of music, lights and world-class trained instructors.​ Roots Cycle offers Rhythm Rides which allow you to just ride, lose yourself in the music and the coaching from your cycling instructor. Our "Intro Ride," offers tracking of your distance, calories burned, RPMs, and Power while riding to the beat of the music.
