Bridgette and Terrance McAbee relocated from the Tampa Bay Area to Boise in 2017 to escape the heat and flatness of Florida. Being avid skiers and snowboarders, Boise's accessibility to the mountains, great people, and a vibrant downtown hooked them immediately. They did, however, quickly notice a lack of Southern Comfort Food and a place to get House Made Pies, especially Key Lime Pie, so they decided to pool their resources and create Boise Pie Company, where you can get wholesome food at reasonable prices. Bridgette uses her Grandmother's pie recipes to create amazing traditional pies, as well as more modern pie recipes. Her pies have already received numerous accolades from local "pie addicts", as well as the local media. Boise Pie Co also serves Sandwiches, Savory Pies, including Chicken Pot Pie and Shepherd's Pie Soups, as well as delicious sides like Potato Salad and Jalapeno Coleslaw. It's food that brings Southern charm and hospitality to the plate and palate. Bridgette and Terrance use quality ingredients and make their food the way they were brought up to eat. It takes more time and more passion, but that extra effort comes through with every bite.
