Corvus and Co. is the vision of owner / bartenders Paul Berryman And Izzy Guymon. Paul and Izzy met at Percy's and Co., Paul bartending and Izzy working as General Manager at the much acclaimed cocktail spot. With a friendship forged in booze, food and good times, the pair set off to build a place of their own.
Corvus showcases exemplary cocktails and Levantine inspired bar food in a fun and relaxed setting. The build out, done entirely by the two owner - operators, was a labour of love, drawing inspiration from the natural world and saloon bars of a bygone era. The end result is a dark, sexy and mysterious den that beckons and bewitches.
