Missing Mountain Brewing Company is an upcoming Cuyahoga Falls brewpub sitting on the banks of the Cuyahoga River. We are committed to providing the local community and visitors an atmosphere to celebrate and enjoy the beauty of Cuyahoga Falls with great beer and great food. We invite you to look around our website, check out our brewhouse construction photos, and follow us on social media via the links at the bottom of the site.
Missing Mountain strives to provide a large selection of beer styles without compromising on quality. Our beers are bold and flavorful yet remain balanced. We brew conventional styles but also pursue innovation and experimentation. Be sure to check back when we open, as we will be posting our beers that are on draft in this section and on Untappd.
Missing Mountain Brewing Co. will have a light menu of various hot and cold appetizers, salads, soups, and sandwiches incorporating the use of local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Be sure to check back when we open for special beer pairing meals and a variety of food and beer events. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options will be available, but we will not have a dedicated kitchen for these options.
In addition to Missing Mountain beers, other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available. A variety of different red and white wines will be purchasable by the glass or the bottle. We will have most liquors and liqueurs and feature different types of bourbon, scotch, and other whiskeys. There will be a featured cocktail menu, as well as beer infused mixed drinks.
Brewhouse
Our 10 barrel brewhouse features equipment made by Portland Kettle Works in Portland, Oregon and is showcased in a second building located right next door to our taproom.
Distribution
In addition to serving our beer in our taproom, we look forward to self distributing our beer regionally.
