Subject Matter. All sales are final. Upon receipt of payment, the purchaser will be provided with confirmation of purchase via email. The eGift recipient will be provided with the eGift Card via email or text. Individuals shall bear the title and risk of loss to the eGift Card upon receipt of the eGift Card from Bill White Enterprises. Bill White Enterprises shall not be responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards. Once purchased, eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged. The purchase price, whether all or partial, is non-refundable.

eGift Card Acceptance. Bill White Enterprises shall accept eGift Cards at all of its restaurant locations. Visit bwrestaurants.com for a list of participating locations.

Use of eGift Cards. Bill White Enterprises hereby grants individuals the right to use eGift Cards purchased under this agreement for personal use. Individuals shall not have the right to resell eGift Cards. The eGift Card is usable up to the balance to buy goods at all Bill White Enterprises restaurant locations. Not valid for gratuities. Not refundable or redeemable in cash except as required by law, and may not be resold without permission. eGift Cards expire one year from the purchase date. eGift Cards will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without authorization. Not subject to inactivity fees.
