About

I graduated from the New York Institute of Massage in November of 1999.

I moved to Denver in July of '08 and proceeded to build a practice for Massage therapy there. My first job was working with a Physical Therapy office, and provided re-habilitation massages for people with many types of injuries (post surgery; post car accident; end stage cancer etc.) The PT environment wasn't a perfect fit for me or my style of work.

I did Table and Chair massage part time to full time for several years, fine tuning and learning all the time. I would classify my work there as deep tissue; sports; trigger point therapy; Neuromuscular; swedish.. all tied together to blend the body back together. I have been through an entire "Rolfing" series, and was ableto mimick some of the moves and adapt them to my practice. Chair massage at corporate events anywhere from 2 hours to 4 full days in the same office. The Chair is a great way to introduce someone to bodywork who might otherwise never get onto a table. Massage Table is where I can do all the cool stuff... I have great results with chronic tension; lower back; hips/ glutes; plantar fasciatis and Sciatica conditions. I tend to work deeper than most massage therapists, however its only if you (the client) want that.

AVP events I have worked are;
Boulder 2006
Manhattan Beach 2007
Coney Island 2009

I was able to work on some of the top volleyball players on the planet. It was a great experience and have some long term goals of working with that level of athlete and being connected with the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
