Happy Jack�s is a tribute to Mike�s father, John "Happy Jack" Dalton, a NYPD police officer, a Korean War veteran and National Guard reservist, who served bravely and honorably. He called Rockaway home for more than 50 years.
Happy Jack taught his 12 kids the most important lessons in life: Be kind, work hard and have fun.
