CERES BISTRO Serene and sophisticated, Ceres Bistro, inspired by the Goddess of the Harvest, celebrates the seasons and delivers only the freshest ingredients to your table. Ceres is open seven days per week for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves a late night menu in the bar.

The décor is warm and inviting with soft curving booths and beautiful views to our outdoor gardens. A floor to ceiling glass wall brings the outside in and opens to the patio for dining or enjoying a cocktail at the outdoor bar. The main dining area seats 90 and features a magnificent stained glass original from the late 1800's that transcends time.

The wine room seats 60 and is flanked by sleek and sophisticated wine displays of glass and maple that showcase some of the gems on the list. The bar and lounge are modern and warm with an oval bar and amoeba shaped communal table that glow pearl white from beneath.

The club room offers a private dining space for 30 that opens to the patio and our executive boardroom offers a lounge detailed with reclaimed oak wainscoting and a meeting room that can accommodate up to 36.
